Boss is friendly and reasonable. Does not micromanage but trusts employees with responsibility. Co-workers are also friendly and easy to work with. Shift sign-up schedule is flexible and works well for students with complicated schedules. Hourly wage is good and makes the job feel worth the work.
What I wish was different
I do not think anything needs to be changed at the moment.
Advice
This is a great job for students like me who need to make money during school but cannot commit to a rigid part-time or full-time job schedule. However, because the schedule is self-sign up, it is important to be organized and not overschedule shifts.

Very easy to do onboarding and get started working- you have the freedom to pick your own shifts at your own pace.

Be ready to take care of your own schedule- the freedom is great, but you will have to take initiative to get things going.
