I had the opportunity
to see every faucet of the business.
Senior management was very kind and were more than happy to answer questions or help out in anyway.
Coworkers were great people, made it a wonderful place to be.
What I wish was different
A bit more structure, at the beginning it was a bit of a struggle to find what I was supposed to be accomplishing exactly. Once I found my grove it was a completely opposite experience.
Advice
Be ready to self start, find what you like and do it.

What I liked
I really enjoyed my time at RECARO. They have a great culture that promotes relationships with your coworkers and professional development. Moreover, I enjoyed being part of different projects that allowed me to learn more about their processes.
What I wish was different
The only thing I did not liked is their location. It is located at north Fort Worth, which you have to go through 35W. I live 20 min from RECARO, but when I went to work at 8:00 am or 9:00 am, it took me up to 1h to arrive there. Luckly, the schedules are flexible and managers works with your personal schedule.
Advice
If you are willing to work in a fast paced environment, this is the correct place to start.

What I liked
I loved being able to rebuild or build new processes that lead to much more trackable results.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have been directed on my goals for the internship sooner than a month after starting.
Advice
Work hard, but show initiative. Discovering new things that need to be done is huge.
