Reach for Resources is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering people of all abilities to reach their full potential. Since 1985, we have provided person-centered disability and mental health services that support individuals and families to live, thrive, and engage in their communities. Today, we serve more than 2,100 children, adults, and families annually across the Twin Cities and throughout Minnesota.
Our services include adaptive recreation, employment supports, in-home services, therapy, case management, transportation, music therapy, art therapy, parenting capacity services, and Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS). Through these programs, we help individuals build independence, create meaningful connections, and improve their overall well-being.
