What I liked
Very lean company with immediate access to top level executives and CEO, which is huge for a fast growing but mid-size company with 100 brokers like greysteel.
What I wish was different
Much of the work was online due to Covid, but the close-knit office culture was fun
Advice
Everyone at the firm has an open door, and would love to answer questions about the role/industry and it is definitely worth reaching out to anyone you can at the firm
