I liked everything about my internship. My experience was hands-on working with film and I was taught by grad students. Everyone was nice and open to answering any questions and made sure I was getting everything out of the internship that I could.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have done more with digital restoration of film and learned more about projection. I would have also liked to have visited the nitrate film vaults.
Advice
I would advise future interns to take advantage of having knowledgeable staff at hand to answer questions and to use as work references and connections to other job positions.
