Working in a therapeutic format being able to work one on one with the boys.
Perfect for the field I want to go into, was able to learn a lot about therapy and childhood development.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have spent more time with the boys one on one. In a group format it’s hard to build relationships with them individually
Advice
Be patient, and remember what each boy has been through and is working on.
Let them help you.

What I liked
I had a lot of fun because it was a job that kept me busy and productive everyday. I was always surrounded by the people that I enjoyed being around and the students were good listeners as well.
