What I liked

I love the management and the people there. The management is really understanding and they have flexible work hours and schedules.

What I wish was different

I think the pay increase should be more than 23 cents a year, especially since I have been there for quite some time/.

To make sure to make time for yourself, catch a break once in a while.

The scheduling is not good to be frank. Better scheduling would make the experience much better!

Advice

My advice is to be firm with your own agenda, many times employers will try to shift your personal schedule for their benefit.
