There were always opportunities to learn.

I wish the pay had been better with all the responsibilities I was given and the expectation to incorporate as much outdoor education as possible.
Advice
Take advantage of the opportunities to try and learn something new here. It's a great opportunity to meet some amazing people and do some really cool outdoor adventure activities.
