What I liked
I was able to choose which two days of the week I wanted off regularly. I could switch which days if I told my manager before the schedule was made.
What I wish was different
I wish that the training was less sloppy. It was pretty disorganized, so I taught myself a lot of things.

Keep calm! Angry customers are sure to give you a hard time every now and then.
