I really appreciated the hands-on experiences that were provided despite the internship being remote. The company did a great job at adapting to the online format and were able to give us plenty of opportunities to learn about artist management and talk to people working for the company even in the offices in Los Angeles and New York.

What I liked
THE PEOPLE!! Everyone is so kind and wants to help you do well! I loved the hands-on jobs that I got to do including listening to music & podcasts for errors and proofing music cover art. I loved that I got to truly see how different every single day is in the industry. I also loved that there were other interns to learn from and get to know as well! If you ask questions, everyone is very open to helping and giving answers! The office is in a great location from campus, and they are very flexible when it comes to needing time off for something.
What I wish was different
I wish we had more time with all the interns in the office together! Its less lonely when they are both in office with me. My schedule was a bit hectic because I have a lot of classes at various times so it was a lot of running back and forth between school and the office.
Advice
Have confidence in yourself! You know more than you think you do. Be willing to try something a new way and do work without being asked. Take the time to get to know your supervisors!

What I liked
I had a great time at this internship! Although a lot of the times intern tasks seem small, I learned a lot by asking how they fit into the bigger picture. The team was very nice and approachable. They were busy a lot of the time but were happy to answer any questions I had. Throughout the semester we developed a project to present to the rest of the company, which was a great learning experience to me. Furthermore, we had meetings with people from the company where we got the opportunity to hear about their job and ask them questions.
Also, there are happy dogs at the office every day.
What I wish was different
Advice
Just like many reviews say, you will get as much out of this internship as you put in. Also, when having the chance to talk to people from all areas of the company, look into who they are and prepare good questions. It was very rewarding for me to get their opinions on different parts of the industry.
