What I liked
The open office layout, similar to that of the Europeans, complemented the team environment perfectly.
Having the chance of working directly with the C-Suite and upper level employees directly resulted in my experience being an unforgettable ones.
Working on such an experienced team of individuals who don't discount your intellect, but rather embrace and leverage it, contributed greatly to my growth as a professional.
The CEO used to row and inherently, was understanding of my schedule. That said, I was able to continue not only my training, but also travel to compete in races.
