WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A WORKDAY ASSOCIATE?
You’ll start your consulting career as a Workday Associate, learning to become a Workday champion and partner closely with your team and customers to achieve excellence in each phase of your projects. You will:
· Participate in Workday implementation activities including discovery, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and project review sessions.
· Learn to configure Workday to your customers’ expectations and requirements including core configuration, iLoads, tenant to tenant configuration moves, business processes, security, testing, fit gap analysis, reports, etc.
· Master the art of “follow through”. Frequently update your project Lead, manager and Engagement Manager on timeline, tasks, risks, roles & responsibilities, tenant management, data conversion, etc.
· Proactively keep yourself abreast of Workday updates and project changes. Seek out opportunities to further your skillset and professional growth. We love initiative!
WORKDAY ASSOCIATE CAREER TRACKS:
HCM Associate: You’ll partner with customers on their Workday HCM implementation, with opportunity to grow and specialize in specific areas like Recruiting, Benefits, or Learning. Best suited for new grads with HR internships or interest in HRIS systems, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Financials Associate You’ll partner with customers on their Workday Financials implementation. Best Suited for new grads with internships or interest in Accounting/Finance systems, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Technical Associate: You’ll be responsible for designing and developing outbound system integrations for our customers. The integrations you create allow our customers’ Workday system to “talk to” other systems throughout their organization, eliminating the need to transfer data manually. Best for new grads looking to use their XLT and XSLT skills, with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or IT-related field.
Organizational Change and Training Associate: You’ll develop communication, training, and educational materials for our customers relating to their Workday implementation. Best suited for new grads with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational/Industrial Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
