Position: Operations Analyst Intern
Location: Atlanta, GA

We are looking for candidates who have strong quantitative skills, intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn.
Organizational: This position is a member of the Operations Analytics team and reports to the SVP of Collections.
Potential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Use statistical methods to analyze data associated with Customer contact results and work with management team to create a prioritized list of opportunities for improvement
- Use statistical methods to analyze data associated with Customer payment results and work with management team to create a prioritized list of opportunities for improvement
- Use statistical methods to establish champion/challenger testing scenarios for leaving messages, offering settlements and testing hold out days
- Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or Quantitative Analytics
- Data mining and analytics experience. Operations experience a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Exposure to at least one high-level programing language such as SAS, Python, R or SQL
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Economics, Math, Finance, Business, etc.
- 1 year work experience in an analytical role
