Digital Solutions Developer (Full-Time)
A Day in the Life of a Digital Solutions Developer at Booz Allen:
- Design, develop, deploy, and operate digital systems, applications, and products in the private, public, or hybrid Cloud using microservices, monolithic architectures, Agile and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with clients to define project needs and gather requirements effectively.
- Test work products and demonstrate product functionality to clients.
Example: Help veterans get their benefits. Work with a major defense division to keep weapons of mass destruction from threat actors. Make sure overseas military can vote. And turn big thinking into big change.
These positions can be in Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland, or other key Booz Allen sites throughout the nation.
You Have:
- Experience with one of the following programming languages or frameworks: GoLang, Java, Spring, React.js, Node.js, or Angular.js
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Scheduled to obtain a BS or BA degree by May 2020
Nice if You Have:
- Knowledge of Agile development
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms and operating systems
- Ability to be self-motivated and demonstrate excellent time management and organizational expertise
- Pursuing a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
