Human Resources Rotation Program Associate - 2020

The Human Resources Rotation Program (HRRP) is designed to cultivate strategic and proactive HR leaders. As an HRRP associate, you’ll launch your career with a group of peers from diverse backgrounds in our 2-year development program. Training will be built into your experience, with topics ranging from emotional intelligence to data visualization. You’ll be mentored by your peers and teammates, and a dedicated senior leader will guide your professional development along the way. In addition, you’ll have the freedom to explore different areas and get exposure to the business through two hand-picked rotations with high-performing teams. Associates generally experience one rotation in Talent Acquisition, People Analytics or Compensation, and one rotation in an HR business partner role, a specialist role, or on a key strategic project.

Solutions our HR Rotation Program Associates have worked on include: 
  • Creating a tech recruiting strategy & sourcing pipeline to attract top and diverse talent
  • Building our data infrastructure and supporting data transformation to enable business leaders to make better decisions more efficiently 
  • Designing leadership development experiences to enable associates to be stronger leaders and make a larger impact in their roles 
  • Leading the year-end compensation process for over 10,000 associates, ensuring that bonus and salary increase recommendations balanced with budget 
  • Consulting with a business leader to run HR strategy for their team – including culture, engagement, learning, hiring, organization design and compensation

The Ideal Candidate Would Have:
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment

Basic Qualifications:
  •   Bachelor’s degree or higher obtained between December 2018 and August 2020
